JEP/WKPP Treat Over Sixty Students to a Treat in Observance of Child Month

In honour of Child Month, Jamaica Energy Partners and West Kingston Power Partners treated over sixty students from the Glenford Phipps and Prophecy Basic Schools to a day of fun on National Children’s Day, Friday, May 17.

The treat was held from 10 am to 3 pm at the Hope Botanical Gardens and Zoo, where children received a tour of the zoo, participated in the ‘petting zoo’, and enjoyed the bouncy house, games, lunch and refreshments.

At JEP and WKPP, in addition to ensuring that our youth are granted the resources necessary for them to excel academically, we also understand how important it is for them to enjoy a fun-filled day of relaxation, play time and interaction with their peers outside of the classroom.
